While production has been light in recent seasons, the seven-year average yield is approximately 2,034 pounds per planted acre. The property includes seven irrigation wells that deliver water to three reservoirs, each equipped with sand media filtration. Irrigation is distributed via a dual-line drip system. The ranch falls within the Madera County GSA in the Madera Subbasin. Water allocations are based on the full 1,525 gross acres, and the ranch is not currently using its full allocation. Unused allocation is accumulating and carries forward.
